This is my response to Michael Thornton's contest to provide a picture to replace "fuzzy" on the Blogs Happen Group. I thought the fact that this Oregon Grape decided to take root in the crack of a brick twenty feet off the ground is the very essence of "Blogs Happen." You just never now the why, the how, or the when----they just happen.

Charles, I agree that ferns and blogs happen. With plants it is amazing how they can grow in cracks where seemingly there is no water for nourishment. Blogs on the other hand, can definitely come out of nowhere.
Nice picture:)
Charles, Thanks for your submission for the contest. Good photo. Good Luck!
Too cerebral B,
People who want to think Fuzzy, need to think Nutsy.
I have found trees growing out of tops of chimneys, window sills, brick walls, low sloped roof and valley that had leaves in them, and of course gutters.
Sorry gang---can't believe I missed coming back in here to thank you for all your comments.
So----THANKS!
