You called several roofers and got various estimates with all kinds of options. You made the appropriate choice, according to your budget and now the roofers have come and gone.
It LOOKS beautiful!
It was obviously installed properly because it rained hard during the night after the installation and you were able to remove the buckets in front of the TV and the wading pool is no longer in the hallway.
The problem with roof installations is that they are often about more than the roof itself. There are also all the chimney flashing details and other things not “directly” related to the roof surface itself.
It is always wise to have the roof inspected by a third party (your local friendly and qualified home inspector) to verify that all these other related elements have also been completed satisfactorily.
This picture is of a one week old roof that I was called to re-inspect. The roofing job was excellent for the most part except that the guy wires that support the electrical mast were merely left laying on the roof surface.
